1960 Mediplast is founded in Gothenburg, Sweden
 

1961  Pharmacia acquires Mediplast
 

1971 ICI England acquires Mediplast
 

1982 Mediplast Denmark is founded
 

1987 Mediplast Norway is founded
 

1989 Althin Medical acquires Mediplast
 

1996 Mediplast Finland is established
 

1998 Procurator (Roos-gruppen) acquires Mediplast
 

2000 HQ and warehouse are moved to Malmö, decided to change to the company´s original name –Mediplast
 

2005 Mediplast acquires the Danish company Hospidana
 

2007 Mediplast Italy is established
 

2008  Mediplast acquires the Danish company N.C Nielsen and the Finnish company Sataside
 

2010 Priveq Investment (a private equity company) acquired 39 % of the shares in Mediplast but Procurator (Roos-gruppen) is still the majority shareholder in Mediplast
 

2010 Mediplast acquires the Norwegian company Innova Medical
