RoosGruppen AB acquired Mediplast in 1998 and is the majority owners of Mediplast. RoosGruppen is a Swedish company group owned by Mr Håkan Roos. RoosGruppen consist of among other companies – Procurator and Sandå Sverige AB.
 

Procurator is supplying the Scandinavian market with an extended range of products in personal protection equipment and offices supply and utilities – Procurator has approx. 550 employees.
Sandå Sverige AB is the biggest Swedish company in painting, floor and facing – Sandå has approx. 2.000 employees.

Priveq Investment

Priveq Investment is a private equity firm with AUM of over SEK 2 bn in two funds. Its business concept is to create value through long-term investment in, and active ownership of, unlisted growth companies. Investors in Priveq’s funds include Sweden’s Fourth National Pension Insurance Fund, life insurer Handelsbanken Liv, the Swedish Co-operative Society’s investment arm KF Invest, life insurer Skandia Liv, Sweden’s Third National Pension Insurance Fund and Scandinavian telco Telia’s pension fund.
