The tube has a connector with vacuum control and soft standard conical/female connector. The female connector is soft and has anti-kink protection, with inter- nal grooves for safe connection. When female connection only is required, the connector can be easily removed.. .
The connector is used for tracheal suction using a suction catheter, and fits on most probes. There is a finger hole on the con- nector for simple vacuum regulation.. .
