PICC lines
Spectrum Vascularin BioFlo PICC on ensimmäinen laatuaan Endexo-teknologialla, joka tarjoaa katetrin, joka on vastustuskykyisempi verikomponenttien (verihiutaleet ja trombi) kertymiselle1. Tämä uusi, mullistava teknologia on läsnä koko katetrin varressa ja katetrin koko käyttöiän ajan. BioFlo PICC on saatavana sekä PASV-venttiilitekniikalla (Pressure Activated Safety Valve) että ilman venttiiliä. BioFlo PICC PASV-venttiilillä on ensimmäinen katetri, joka yhdistää vähentyneen trombikertymän edun patentoituun venttiiliin, joka on suunniteltu automaattisesti vastustamaan takaisinvirtausta ja vähentämään veren takaisinvirtausta katetrin sisällä. BioFlo PICC:t ovat paineinjektoitavia jopa 325 psi:iin asti.
BioFlo Catheter Kit Power Injectable PICC

BioFlo PICC is the first and only PICC manufactured with Endexo Tehnology, a permanent, non-eluting integral polymer blended into the polyurethane of the catheter shaft. Endexo Technology makes the catheter material more resistant to the accumulation of blood components (platelets and thrombus). BioFlo PICC advanced features such as large lumen diameters allow to deliver the power injection flow rates required for contrast-enhanced CTs compatible with up to 325 psi CT injectors. PICC lines are available in both Non-Valved and PASV-valved versions. PASV Valve Technolgy is designed to automatically resist back flow and reduce blood reflux on the inside of the catheter that can lead to catheter-related complications. PICC line reatures clear extension tubes for early visualization of blood return, short reverse taper which is designed to minimize blood loss a the isertion site and radiopaque catheter material for visualization under fluoroscopy.
