The suction tips are white for optimal visibility in the surgical field and are designed to be effective without damaging or adhering to tissue. All products feature ergonomic, easy-to-grip handles and are available in various designs, each carefully developed to suit different procedures. Among our range, you will find the unique “Vällfors” tip, which is equipped with slits to prevent tissue grab and thereby protect underlying tissue. Our double-lumen suction tips allow you to easily adjust the high and consistent flow yourself, enabling a “turbo effect” when needed.

When the finger control hole is open, these tips provide the same suction capacity as standard instruments with closed control vents, but with only 20 mmHg negative pressure at the tip, ensuring completely atraumatic suction. When the finger control hole is closed, the flow capacity is enhanced for maximum suction power.

Mediplast's Yankauer suction tips are available in three versions: The Sump Tip comes in two lengths: 25 cm with a single bent design and vacuum control, or 17 cm with a double bent design. Both options feature a perforated tip to prevent tissue grabbing and include 2 meters of tubing. This version is ideal for tonsillectomies and abdominal surgeries. The Four Hole Tip is 25 cm long with a single bent design that prevents tissue grabbing. It has a diameter of 19 Ch and includes 2 meters of tubing. This version is available with or without vacuum control. The Plain Tip is 25 cm in length, with a diameter of 19 Ch, and includes 2 meters of tubing.
