PICC lines
BioFlo PICC från Spectrum Vascular är den första PICC-katetern i sitt slag med Endexo-teknologi, vilket ger en kateter som är mer motståndskraftig mot ansamling av blodkomponenter (trombocyter och tromber). Denna innovativa och banbrytande teknologi finns genom hela kateterns längd och varar under hela dess livslängd. BioFlo PICC finns både med PASV Valve Technology (Pressure Activated Safety Valve) och i en version utan ventil. BioFlo PICC med PASV-ventil är den första katetern som kombinerar fördelen med minskad trombbildning med en patenterad ventil utformad för att automatiskt motstå backflöde och minska blodreflux inne i katetern. BioFlo PICC-katetrarna är dessutom kraftinjektionsbara upp till 325 psi.
BioFlo PICC MST Kit
BioFlo PICC is the first and only PICC manufactured with Endexo Tehnology, a permanent, non-eluting integral polymer blended into the polyurethane of the catheter shaft. Endexo Technology makes the catheter material more resistant to the accumulation of blood components (platelets and thrombus). BioFlo PICC advanced features such as large lumen diameters allow to deliver the power injection flow rates required for contrast-enhanced CTs compatible with up to 325 psi CT injectors. PICC lines are available in both Non-Valved and PASV-valved versions. PASV Valve Technolgy is designed to automatically resist back flow and reduce blood reflux on the inside of the catheter that can lead to catheter-related complications. PICC line reatures clear extension tubes for early visualization of blood return, short reverse taper which is designed to minimize blood loss a the isertion site and radiopaque catheter material for visualization under fluoroscopy.
