Finance and Master Data Assistant to Mediplast

Are you a good administrator? Do you have previous experience in managing master data? Then this position as Finance and Master Data Assistant could be something for you! Our goal is to facilitate our customers' daily work in healthcare. We do this by offering our customers a wide range of medical equipment and consumables. Tasks & Responsibilities

As a Finance and Master Data Assistant, you will be responsible for keeping our master data up to date by continuously updating purchase prices and other item information into our business system. You will also collect and prepare payroll material for our external payroll administrator, which includes handling time reports, travel expenses and company cars. Reconciliations of preliminary payroll reports and accounts in the balance sheet related to salary as well as accounting of salary-related transactions are additional areas you will be responsible for.

You will be based at our head office in Malmö and be part of the Finance/HR/IT team of 11 people. The position is a temporary position until 31st August 2024.

About you

You have 1 - 3 years of experience as a Financial Assistant or similar role. It’s an advantage if you have experience in payroll preparations. You thrive in an independent role and are a structured and detailed focused administrator. For this position, it is required that you are comfortable working in different systems and using Excel as a daily tool. Fluent English and Swedish is a requirement. We place great importance on personal characteristics.
