Medical Engineer to Mediplast Malmö.
Do you have high technical skills and knowledge? Do you have experience in the repair and installation of medical equipment? Then this position as Medical Engineer could be something for you! Our goal is to facilitate our customers' daily work in healthcare. We do this by offering our customers a wide range of medical equipment and consumables. Tasks & Responsibilities
As a Medical Engineer, you will be responsible for service, repair and installation of medical equipment at our customers in the Nordic market. Furthermore, the role includes sales, coordination and follow-up of service agreements, handling warranty matters and technical documentation. You will also perform needs analyzes in the interaction with the customer in order to create a short-term and long-term plan together. We will of course provide internal training in the product areas you are expected to perform service and installation. You will be based in our HQ in Malmö. The number of travel days is estimated to 40 – 70 per year.

About you
For this role, a high technical professional skill is required. We prefer that you are a trained engineer in medical technology or that you have several years of relevant professional experience in the field. It’s an advantage if you have electrical qualification.
You will work independently in handling customer matters, which requires great accuracy and ownership. As you will be in contact with customers throughout the Nordics, good coordination skills and a good overview of ongoing matters are also required. You enjoy working hands-on and solving, sometimes complicated, technical issues. You have a social ability are good at creating long-term relationships. Furthermore, you are humble and inspire confidence.
The role also includes some administration in the form of technical documentation and it’s therefore an advantage if you are used to working in a technical business system.
Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing, is a requirement. It is also required that you understand other Scandinavian languages. Driver’s license B is a requirement.
