2012 Mediplast expands its operations to include Operating Tables, Operating Lamps and Containers through the acquisition of NMS Medico
2012 Mediplast signs a Pan-Nordic contract with Kimberly-Clark Health Care for distribution of their products in the Nordic region
2014 Mediplast acquires Kendan in Denmark
2014 Mediplast signs a Pan-Nordic contract with Integra Life Science and acquires ErgoNordic in Sweden
2015 Mediplast acquires Fenno Medical in Finland
2015 Addtech Group acquires Mediplast
